Refund Policy

KIMERA AUDIO LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict no-refund policy for all software products, including but not limited to LUSH VERB and all other audio plugins.

1. DIGITAL LICENSE ASSIGNMENT

Upon completion of purchase, a unique license code is immediately generated and assigned to your account. This license code grants you access to download and activate the Software on up to 2 devices. Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incompatibility with your computer system or operating system
  • Incompatibility with your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software
  • Failure to meet personal expectations or needs
  • Duplicate purchases
  • Technical difficulties arising from user error or system configuration

3. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Detailed system requirements for each product are clearly displayed on our website prior to purchase.

It is your sole responsibility to verify that your computer system, operating system, and DAW software meet the minimum requirements before purchasing.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Reviewed the system requirements
  • Confirmed compatibility with your setup
  • Understood that the product is non-refundable

We strongly recommend reviewing these requirements carefully to avoid purchasing incompatible software.

4. LICENSE CODES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE

Once a license code has been issued and delivered, it cannot be:

  • Reversed or revoked
  • Transferred to another product
  • Exchanged for store credit or another license
  • Refunded under any circumstances

The license code is bound to the purchasing account and represents a completed transaction.

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving and accessing your license code constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your license
  • Deactivation of your account
  • Legal action to recover damages and costs

7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy
  • You have verified system compatibility before purchase
  • All sales are final and non-refundable
  • You waive any right to a refund, return, or exchange

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our products after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
